We generally offer a 14-day return policy for goods in their original packaging, starting from the date of receipt. This applies to all items that cannot be configured. Custom-made items and self-designed products are non-returnable.

Normally, our delivery times are very short. For most products, your package will arrive within a week. In special situations, such as before holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Larger orders may also experience a slight delay. Please note that shipments can also be delayed due to events beyond our control. Please also factor in holidays when calculating delivery times. Packages are not collected on the days before Christmas or between Christmas and New Year's.

Shipping within Germany costs €4.90 per order. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.

We're taking care of your shipment. To speed up the process, please don't refuse packages that sound like jigsaw puzzles when shaken. Refusing delivery significantly delays processing. For damaged deliveries, please send us an email with photos of the packaging, any damage, the contents, and your order number.

Please first contact the shipping provider to find out why your shipment is delayed. Of course, we are happy to assist you with this.
For packages marked as "delivered" that haven't arrived, we recommend first checking the tracking information to see if it was delivered to a parcel shop or a neighbor. Please also ask your neighbors if anyone has accepted the package for you. If not, please contact us.

Questions about engravings & the product configurator

Our laser systems operate on a black-and-white principle. Each of your designs or texts is scanned pixel by pixel, and the laser activates for each black pixel (altering the material). Nothing happens for each white pixel. That's why all templates in our configurator are in black and white.
The result depends more on the material. With wood, the color varies from light brown to dark brown to black; depending on the type of wood, anything is possible. Glass becomes cloudy (milky) at the lasered area and does not turn black. With painted or anodized metals, the surface is removed, and the color of the engraving is determined by the exposed material underneath.
Please note that our product images are digitally edited for better visualization. The displayed result does not always correspond to the actual engraving.

We only check designs for technical feasibility, not for aesthetic aspects.
We do not make design changes. This includes spelling corrections, template updates, and edits beyond explanatory text.
These limitations result from organizational processes. If you have any questions about your design, please contact us before placing your order.

Your personal engraving will be laser-engraved onto the product. Therefore, it's advisable to avoid using colors in your uploaded artwork. This will ensure an ideal result.
Uploading the source material in black and white will improve the result. You should convert the logos to black and white beforehand using a graphics program. If you need assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When taking pictures, you should make sure that the contrast between the objects in the foreground and the background is as high as possible.
Black and white images generally work better. The background of your image should be uncluttered, and the subject should stand out clearly against it.

Caution is advised: The necessary contrast is often lacking, making it difficult to recognize your chosen design after engraving. Please carefully review the result displayed in the configurator to ensure you are satisfied.

Please note that we often use black, silver, or white in product images to simulate the engraving. This is to clearly indicate, even in smaller digital image formats, that this is a personalized item. These mockups are design examples and serve to illustrate the positioning of the engravings; they do not always reflect the actual engraving result.

Our configurator attempts to convert your colored design or logo into a black and white graphic.
It can happen that colors are misinterpreted. Subtle colors, as well as violet or red, are often interpreted as white and therefore no longer appear.
Here's how you can adjust missing colors: We recommend creating the logo as a black and white graphic before adding it to the configurator.
This allows you to decide which areas should be engraved and which should remain blank.
Once you have converted and uploaded the graphic, the display will be correct.
